Movement & Stretch with Reg

Reg has over 45 years of experience in the fitness industry and coaching boxing to young people. He is passionate about healthy eating and exercising to help with mental health as well as fitness and is keen to help others realise the impact of just adding a few simple stretch and movement techniques in to your daily routine.

The class is for mixed abilities and Reg will tailor the exercise to suit each individual, giving you the tools to add some daily practices to help with your physical and mental health.
